Christmas commentary

The paper is on the floor. Most of us are 5 pounds heavier. Great effort went into the food, the gifts, and the wrappings. The lights at night are very pretty, but will they be up in two weeks? By the way, where is Jesus in all this? Three weeks of commercial hype and covetous expections give way and come crashing down after the 25th. Relief and mundane glum soon take over again. What's wrong with this picture? Didn't it start out as a means to commemorate Christ birth? But it has evolved into a very stressful time for many people. Many people forget Christ; many more never took time to understand exactly who He was. Oh how I would love to reform Christmas and give it real meaning! I would take about how the God of the Universe loved us so much that He came to the earth in the form of a Man named Jesus. How He humbled Himself to be born in a manger rather than a Palace. I would talk about how He loved us so much that He endured pain on the cross so we wouldn't have to deal with the pain of eternal seperation. Would you like real Christmas joy that last long after December 25th? Invite Christ into your and soul as Lord and Savior.

Signatures only mean you can write

Franklin Graham has on a web site called Christianity.com a chance for you to sign a statement confirming your faith. I haven't read it, but I have always thought a Christian proved his faith by what he did rather than what he signed. I also think alot about Christians in oppressive countries whose is constantly on the line for the faith. They declare their faith every time they attend church or hand out a tract. In such harsh circumstances where practicing your faith could mean losing your fortune or your life makes Franklin Grahams offer seem trivial. So I guess you could say that I shrugged it off treating it as 'neither here nor there ' issue. However there was recently another document that involved alot of signatures called "The Manhattan Declaration". It had many well known names in evangelical circles signing the Manhattan Declaration, or the M.D.. If you want to read up on it go here:
http://www.lighthousetrailsresearch.org/
Go to that site above and put "Manhattan Declaration in the search blog box on the right and take you time to read all the links that are related to that subject. Here are some more links:
Five Opposing Responses to the Manhattan Declaration (John MacArthur (Grace to You), Jacob Prasch, (Moriel Ministries), Mike Gendron (Proclaiming the Gospel), Alistair Begg, Pastor Claude Stauffe (Calvary Chapel, North Amityville, NY)

**Note: In the event that you cannot access the Resource Directory from the Manhattan Declaration website (if for some reason it is removed or becomes disabled), you may view the exact same Resource Directory on Chuck Colson’s website. Click here.
Rather than be redundant, I will say that it is about Christians, Catholics, New Agers, Emergent thinkers putting to death crucial difference that define their faith and coming together to sign a document of ecumenical unity. I haven't seen anything concerning the significant things that Christ did on the Cross or His resurrection. The document is sociological rather than theological in it's thrust. Some of the most prominent signers have a very poor grasp of the Bible; like Chuck Colson. I have heard Focus on the Family and James Dobson make the cop-out claim that they are not theologians. To bad James; being a theologian is part of the job description of being a Christian! Put away the contemplative material, pick up your Bible more, and seek the whole counsel of God, (rather than selective parts).

general update

Let's see- Obama was elect with the idea that if he was President then he would work bringing our boys and girls home. What happened? Just like Bush he is engaging in a surge of troops. It begs the question, 'What are the real differences between Democrats and Republicans? It reminds me of the time when the Democrats got behind the idea that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and then later on ridiculed the idea because it was politically expedient. I didn't think they would ever find weapons of mass destruction for the simple reason that America's war plans were announced so well ahead that it the Iraqi's plenty of time to act and make America leaders look foolish.
If I can give some unsolicited advise folks: Politicans are counting on you to have short memories and to be as uninvolved as possible. Stay on top of things! You have to treat a Politician like a rowdy 10 year old that needs constant supervision! Democracy only works when you work at it folks, otherwise if you stay complacent you will be sold down the river.

To Hell and Back

There are two major sects of Protestant Christianity; Calvinist and Armenianist. There also two equal opposing errors: 1. God condemns or predestines some for Hell. 2. You can loose your salvation once you acquire it. I have found absolutely nowhere in the Bible, (and I have read the Bible all the way through at least 10 times), any verse that says in plain language that God predestines any for Hell. In fact that idea that God predestines some for Hell runs counter to a very familiar verse-John 3:16- "For God so love the world that have His only begotten Son, that who so ever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." Those words of Christ are very inclusive of absolutely everyone. A strict Calvinist might say that only applies to the elect; well don't you believe it! Neither have I found any where in the Bible that states you can loose your salvation once you acquire it. In fact the Bible says that God is able to save to the utmost-see Hebrews 7:25. The point of that verse being that God can save completely. The idea of losing one's salvation cast God as a very impotent God, and that folks is committing a blasphemy when you believe that God is impotent!
This is a good start and I might talk about it more in later post. What motivated me to write this was the common wrong beliefs and errors that non-Christians believe, primarily that God is in the business of condemning people to Hell and that He takes great delight in it. I can assure that God takes absolutely no delight when a soul is lost in Hell for ever and I can prove it. See Ezekiel 18:32. The Bible does talk about God recompensing them according to their deeds- see Ezekiel 7: 3,8, 27. I am not certain (don't quote me on this part), but that would hint or imply that God will judge people by their own failed standards.

personal update

I have bummed out because a neighbor lady has really been harassing my son. That is why I haven't posted in a while. I am tempted to give many details, but the reason why I haven't is because it could start a racial conflict. I will say that my son is mixed race (black and white); my daughter is black; both are adopted. That fact alone has created problems. An example of such a problem have included strangers assuming I have kidnapped my daughter because she is black and I am white. In all fairness I must say that the black and white community have been pretty equal in their viciousness and presumption. But also some the most well meaning support have come from blacks. Having kids of a race different than yours has taught me that when you do something different, (even if it's harmless like a trans-racial adoption) people will freak out simply because it goes against their expectations of how a society should act. I would like to close by saying true love knows no boundries. That sounds so noble and sweet until we meet that kid who looks deformed or acts weird and then our true colors show, don't they?

We're broke?!

According to Jerome Corsi, we as a nation are broke. Hard to believe isn't it? I'm not sure I believe it, or perhaps maybe I don't want to believe it? Well here is the link: www.redalert.wnd.com/index.php
Many times I plan to do a post, but something else always presses on my mind. It can also be found at:
www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=113366
It would seem unbelievable could be or is broke, but here is a thing or two from history: When a nation goes bankrupt it goes down slowly. The reason for that is that such nations that usually go bankrupt are generally inefficient with an over sized bureaucracy. According to past history before a nation falls it is overspent, has an over active millitary, with a great or growing chasm between rich and poor. Before a nation sinks, it's moral quality is less than Biblical. Perhaps before I go on I should refer to Gibbons classic work "The Decline and Fall of The Roman Empire". His work will state similiar features that I have listed that proceeds the fall of a nation. Depressing isn't it? Pray that I am wrong, but there are signs that say I'm not. Like the Fed monetizing the debt. In other words printing paper money to appease a real debt. Usually the such an action only works for a llittle while and then things get worse. Well if this bankruptcy is true then it will take a couple of years to feel it's effect. Am I an expert? No! My advice is get out of debt and get as many tangible assests as possible. Better safe than sorry.

skeptics and relationships

I have a co-worker who is very intelligent and also very skeptic when it comes to organized religion. I have also have a Sister-In-Law who is very intelligent and does not care for organized religion. At first I didn't like it, but upon closer examination both of these people have valid points. You see, if you say Christianity, there first thoughts will be of a meeting place of unrepentent hypocrites. Church to them is place to look good, not a place to be learn how to be acceptable towards God. Christian history to them means exploitation. When they look at those beautifll cathedrals they think of all that back breaking sweat and and exploitation. Churches maybe about that I just listed, but Christianity isn't about that at all. It is about a personal, supernatural relationship with the living God of the Universe through His real and Ressurected Son Jesus Christ. When you have that supernatural relationship with Jesus, prayer ceases to be a dead ritual and it becomes a wonderfull to look for to communicating with the God of the Universe! When you have that relationship with God, you do good not to earn points or out of some compulsion. No! You do good because you want to as an act of love! And the love that you can't do is assisted by the Holy Spirit so that acts of love can be done and completed. I can say so much more and perhaps I will later. However I will close by reminding you dear reader of a few ponts: Christianity is not an organization, nor a political force; nor is it ever a means getting favor from God or man. It is a real, dynamic relationship with the living God of the universe. God is just, rightous, fair; but He is also loving, gracious, and forgiving if you are truely repentent. So maybe before we invite people to church, let's talk about how wonderfull God really is and what He is really like. After all, this bloggers goal is to paint an accurate picture Christianity and all that is realated to it. Many people have distorted ideas about church and Christianity, and it is time that things got cleared up.

Racisms part II

When one decides to adopt children of a race that is different than yours, (trans-racial adoption), one can encounter unforeseen problems that can hit you quickly and leave you stunned or poorly equipped to handle it. Both of my kids are adopted and black, (and good looking!). My son is mixed race, black and white. My daughter is black. One day while eating Pizza at Costco a black lady approaches my daughter with a very angry look on her face. This lady makes a strong effort never to look me in the face by the way. She then ask my daughter in a stern voice, "honey where is your Dad!" My daughter was taken back with surprise and so was I. We both stared at her in silence wondering 'what is going on?' She asked the same question again, and this time I talk. I inform her in a strong voice the she is my adopted daughter. Without looking at me, she ask my daughter, "Is this true?" . She replies by shaking her head 'yes'. She then quickly leaves in a huff without a word or an apology. This lady had assumed the I had kidnapped her and had mentioned she wanted to make sure my daughter was not kidnapped. (Some blacks cannot will not believe that there are kind white people who actually want to love black people.). Another time, Alisa and I were in the front yard when a black lady wearing a bus-driving uniform approached my daughter again. It seems she went to the trouble of interupting her route routine to attempt her self-perceived good deed. Again my daughter was approached rather than me. Again my daughter asked if I was her father. This time my daughter was more affirmative and said I was her Dad. This lady acted better than the last lady mentioned. She then turned to me and said, "I had to make sure it was OK." I give credit to the bus-driving lady for being more open minded than the previous example, but dare I say that it was prejudice that motivated her to stop? In both example that I just cited my daughter and I were doing pleasant activities that could never be conceived as abusive or mean. In the first case it involved pizza. In the second case it involved simple talk. There wasn't slightest hint of stress on my daughter at all; and yet two people would not stop, think, and examine the situation before proceeding. The lesson in this is that racism is not property of white people. The whole human race has been guilty of either racism or bigotry. I would recommend that you check out a good movie about racism. It is called "Hotel Rwanda", and it has Don Cheadle as the main actor. Besides being a good movie, it gave a clear and ugly portrait of black-on-black racism and genocide.

Racism is not dead, it is more incidious

Please check out these links:
www.blackgenocide.org
www.blackgenocide.com

What is a white person like talking about black genocide? Many reasons. First off, both of my kids are black. They were both adopted when they were young, and I have no regrets about having them at all! Second as a Christian, I am not suppose to tolerate evil in any of it's forms. Go to the link listed above. You will find out that the blacks are dying out as a race; they are not replacing themselves. You will find out how wicked and racist Planned Parenthood is as an organization. The founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a devout racist. Some have told me, 'Cory that is in the past! Planned Parenthood isn't like that anymore!' Dead wrong! Let me give you a few facts: Planned Parenthood's "clinics" are all located in the poorer sections of town where there is a high concentration of non-white races allowing them easy access. The bulk of Planned Parenthood's clients are non-white. Planned Parenthood is expressed that it is proud of it's past. Margaret Sanger saw Black people as "weeds" that needed to be eliminated. She started the "Negro Project" which was to fool Black leaders into getting their people to reduce their numbers. Their is so much to say on this topic that I might to post so more later. Let me close with a few comments though: If you are one of those people that think that Blacks have big families and produce many babies, then you have bought into a lie. You have fallen for a false racial stereo type. After you investigate this information, you will see how Obama is a traitor to his race. Many times in his career he has voted for late term abortions/killings. If you have a chance a search on 'Maafa 21' on your computer and see what you come up with. This is not hype, this is reality folks!

ask and you shall not receive

I have post two questions recently on the Yahoo answers page. The first one was benign enough: Could you name a love song where the lyrics were unselfish in nature? I had mentioned the Moody Blues song "For My Lady" as an example. If you want to hear it, go to www.youtube.com
and type in "For My Lady" in the search box. Believe it or not, no one responded to my inquiry about unselfish love song. Are they rare, or they endangered? The next question I posed had an interesting response in my opinion. I asked Atheist what would they do if they came across over-whelming evidence for God, and Jesus Christ life, death, burial, and resurrection. I got no response, in fact the silence was deafening in my opinion. The total lack of response made me me think of few things: 1. Atheism crumbles under close scrutiny. 2. Many Atheist are not interested in scientific enlightenment, (even though that is the cloak that they don), as they into a guilt free life of unbridled indulgences. 3. At best, the evidence for Atheism is weak, and even non-existent. 4. As Norman Geisler has said, "I don't have enough faith to be an atheist. Face it folks, Atheism is a form of blind faith that has no tangible object to rely on. Christianity on the other hand has an empty tomb that is historically true.

thoughts on God

It is a total shame and an abdication of reason and logic when the average human who would be expected to treat any other person with consideration and respect doesn't apply the same considerations when dealing with God. Let me try to explain myself:
If we made a habit of ignoring other people around us then sooner or later that other person would have every right to call us a callous jerk or rude. If someone was sending me gifts with great frequency and regularity and I don't even say 'thank you' then you would have the right to call me 'heartless ingrate'. Well guess what? We as humans ignore God with great regularity, and we expect Him not to notice or act on it? The average human would be offended at such behavior directed towards them, why shouldn't God be upset when He is ignored daily? To get the gist of what I'm saying, go for walk on a busy day. On your walk talk to no one, don't acknowledge any one's presence around you at all. Don't look at anyone when you go on your walk. Make sure you bump into people without apologizing at all. Do you get the picture? We are bumping into God (in a figurative sense) and flaunting our rudeness towards Him by ignoring Him.
Now about being thankless when it comes to receiving gifts: Did you know that your life is a gift from God? (How much did you pay for your life? If you can show me the receipt that shows how much you paid for your life, I'll shut up!). Your family is also a gift from God. Let's see, what else? Your taste, your walking, your health, your sight, ect. , are all gifts from God. So when are you going to thank Him?
You see those common sense rules that we use when we're involved with other people go out the window when God is involved. (This is a manifestation of sin folks.). We ignore Him, and become surprised that He is grieved. We curse Him to His face, and yet act surprise that we make ourselves candidate for Hell. (Think of Hell as the total absence of God's presence. Trust me, it is not pretty!).
Here is the good news folks: You can make yourself right with God by accepting what Jesus Christ did on the cross in place of your offences! In other words, Christ took all your offenses on Himself so that you can become acceptable towards God rather than an offense. God wants no one to perish; but because He is a just God, He will not tolerate sin either.

vaccines

I want to strongly recommend a book for anybody. It is called "Vaccine Safety Manuel For Concerned Families and Health Practitioners" by Neil Z. Miller. I can almost promise you that you will be informed and that there is more to the picture than you are aware of. (Did you know that the Rubella vaccine is made with the tissue of fetuses?). The books talks about the benefits, risk, and hazards of vaccines. The tone of this volume is informative rather than wasting it's time trying to convince you of viewpoint. You need to be fully informed before anyone sticks a needle in you or your kids. Speaking of your kids: This book devotes pages to adverse reactions to vaccines; such as swelling, S.I.D.S, death, and other nasty reactions to vaccine injections. Keep in mind that Doctors are often busy people who don't always have time keeping up with the latest information. In fact next time you visit your Doctor, ask what you know about virology, (the answer just might surprise you!). I have the greatest respect for Doctors, but we have a responsibility to ourselves and more so to our kids. I write this as a expression of caring. not to degrade anyone for any reason.

health care

Something to keep in mind: While Obama and his bunch are trying to get some sort of universal health care going for America, (rationed health care), it is certain to be substandard when compared to what Obama and other government officials receive (unlimited health care). It would not be an understatement to say that their hypocrisy is quite rank! In other words, they are trying to force a health care system on us that they would not be caught dead utilizing!

peace, love, and death

Here is a link to a beautiful song by Daniel Amos:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=intea3oCcDk

This may sound morbid, but I want to have this song played at my funeral. Not because I am eager to die, but because I want people to smile at my funeral. Why? Because where I go there will be no pain and suffering and much joy! That is what heaven is about folks! It is a place of extreme joy; not a boring cloud sitting, harp strumming dull joint!

calling the shots when you shouldn't

I have a friend whom I have known for years send particular e-mail with great regularity. The e-mail starts of very pleasant ...well let me just share what the last one was like: It was a "Novena". I found out that it was a Latin word for 'nine'. It was supposedly started by Mother Theresa in the 50's. It include the Lord's Prayer in Mathew 6:9-13 by Jesus. And then my friend makes incredible promises through the Novena. Here is an excerpt: " It shall be well with you this coming year. No matter how much your enemies try this year, they will not succeed. You have been destined to make it, and you shall surely achieve all your goals this year. For the remainder of 2009, and all of 2010, all of your agonies will be diverted, and victory and prosperity will be incoming in abundance. Today, God has confirmed the end of your sufferings, sorrows and pain because HE that sits on the throne has remembered you. He has taken away the hardships and given you joy. He will never let you down. I knocked at heaven's door this morning, God asked me, ' My child! What can I do for you?' And I said, 'Father, please protect and bless the person reading this message.' This is a Novena from Mother Theresa that started in 1952. It has never been broken. within 48 hours send 20 copies (or as many as you can - God does know if you don't have 20 people to send it to -- it's the effort and intent that counts) to family and friends. This is a powerful Novena. Couldn't hurt. Can only help. Please do not break it. Be Blessed today and always. ". Where should I start? I could go on a long time! Well, first off the person puts a lot of power in this Novena. It's power is not from God but from the superstitious beliefs that surround it. The person who may not know it, but they are making predictions about someone else future ,which is forbidden for our protection. (Guess what, God hates divination! See Deuteronomy 18:9-12). Also speaking for God when God has not spoken such is a sin. The book of Jeremiah furnishes abundant examples of people who claim to speak for God when they only spoke for themselves. Such an action always angered God. " It shall be well with you this coming year. No matter how much your enemies try this year, they will not succeed. You have been destined to make it, and you shall surely achieve all your goals this year. " This person means well, but how do they honestly know about the future? They don't; for "the secret things belong to the Lord". Sending any sort of e-mail with the idea that God will bless such action is blasphemous. Why do I say that? Anytime you usurp God and call the shots is a sin that angers God -"thou shall not test the Lord your God!" (See Mathew 4:1-11 When you read it, notice how the devil tries to call the shots? However Christ would not let him.). In other words, if you send letters with the idea that God has to honor your effort by blessing the recipient or other individuals you have made the Lord of the Universe your slave and cosmic Jeanie! I find it extremely offensive, and I have it on good authority that God hates too! It is my prayer too that you are "turned off" when anyone tries to order God around. If not then you need prayer real bad!

about control

I just got done reading the slave narrative of Frederich Douglas-it is reading I recommend for anyone! Why? Because Douglas talks about the various means of control that were exercised on Black Slaves. And some of those methods are still used today; particularly the control of information. You see during the slave days the Slave Owners kept the Blacks ignorant and illiterate. The idea was if you can control the information, you can control the people. Such a method has worked before. The Catholic Church had banned the laity from reading the Bible in the past. (This is a historical fact; if you want more information on that contact me. ) The Catholic Church would not allow the laity to interpret the Bible either! While such strictness is not currently in the Catholic Church, such a spirit of supremacy (they think that they are one true church), and control still exist. (Deference in Bible interpretation is given to the Bishop/Priest.). Many think that the Catholic Church is just another of Christianity-it isn't and I will cover much more in a later blog. Control is not just in realm of churches either. Want to guess how much of the nighly news you don't see or read? Your history book that you read in school has also been severely edited too! Many times text books portray history in purely economic terms. (e.g. Many think the Colonies revolted from England because of "taxation without representation". Actually that was only one of many reasons for the colonial revolt. Other reasons include: Judges making laws on the bench, kidnapping and forcing men to serve in the millitary, ect.). Now you know why history is such a boring subject! (Because you haven't heard it all!).
To close: I am fellow dedicated to truth. I am dedicated in finding out what is true about history, news, Christianity; well everything! So many lies have permeated our culture that I could go on for a long time! I am concerned that real Christianity is being obscured by groups like the Emmergent and Catholic churches. Want to be a truth seeker with me?

what it's about

Here is a link to a music video that is well down and loaded with meaning:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-9-8L5IVwQ
The song is "Once and For All" by White Heart. The pictures in the video are taking from the Gibson movie "The Passion..."
No I am not Catholic but the song does convey the idea of why Christ came to Earth. To open wide the gates and invite all to come to a complete and saving knowledge of Jesus. That implies that so many have an incomplete knowledge of Jesus is and the purpose that He served on the cross.
I often see music as a powerful vehicle to convey thoughts, ideas, and sentiments. What makes music so powerful is how it stays in your memory. If you don't believe me just think of all the commercial jingles/songs that you can remember line-by-line. Give this song a listen and tell me what you remember about it,OK?

what you don't know about gays

A few days ago in the world net daily web sit :
www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?pageId=98688
Judith Reisman reviews a book written by 2 gay men called "Men Who Beat the Men Who Love Them," (1991). These men talk about physical assault in the gay community as a way of life, and that it is a well kept secret from the rest of the world. You might be amazed at the idea, and perhaps repulsed at the idea that gays become gays after their first sexual assault by another gay. Such reading is not for the faint or for those with weak stomachs; but the world needs to know what is really going on in the gay community. America's attitude of 'politically correct' thinking is keeping us in the dark about many issues including the gay life-style.

focus on the beauty; forget the family

Let me see if I have this straight: According to Focus on the Family Miss California is a hero for stating the obvious about marriage being between a man and a woman while being half naked clad in a bikini. Do you take anyone seriously who is half naked? Meanwhile there are many who are not as good looking as Miss California who risk their fortunes, lives, and limbs to say that they are Christians. And yet no one takes note of these true hero's except the God of heaven. Meanwhile Focus on the Family is guilty of hypocrisy claiming on the one hand to support pure family/Christian values and yet on the other hand supporting a girl who participates in a beauty pagent which tend feed all sorts of male lust. Focus on the Family has lost it and they need to repent!

Beauty is dollar deep

The cosmetic industry in order for it to survive is dedicated to the proposition that all woman are ugly and that every woman needs their products and services to look good. I bet you where thinking something more noble like "all woman are created equal"?

the journey

Let the journey of life be as pleasant as possible. Let it have as few bumps in the road as possible. Let not religious convictions be an issue, or even so named. Let the most important thing in life be pleasure. Let a persons feelings be elevated to kingship. Keep death from all discussions; let not the word 'death' be uttered until the last breathe. Make his trivial pursuits seem loaded with grand purpose. If the traveler does not discover his real purpose in life, it is all the better to our advantage! If this traveler does discover his real purpose in life, then let the mundane daily cares distract him to the point that he serves no godly use. If we are careful, then the traveler is ours for all eternity in Gehenna! (Advice from one devil to another on how to secure souls for hell! The inspiration for this piece is sort of a paraphrase drawn from 2 books: "The Screwtape Letters" by C.S. Lewis, and "Screwtape Writes Again" by Walter Martin.

Lincoln and modern myths

Sometime ago D. James Kennedy talked about Abraham Lincoln on his radio program "Truths That Transform". He spent the entire program pointing out the idea that Lincoln became a Christian before his death. In contrast to that is a book (one among others) that paints a different picture of Lincoln. The name of the book is "Lincoln Unmasked" by Thomas J. DiLorenzo. In the book you get the idea that Lincoln was never a Christian; that he loved a very controlling government, (even to the point of throwing dissenters in jail and suspending due process). The book also provides references for you to check out his claims. There is a lesson and reason why I am telling you all this: Christians need to stop being so gullible! (I include myself in the charge too!). If you go to IJohn 4: 1-10 you get the idea that we are to test all things; even things from well-loved, respected Christian leaders. By the way, Kennedy once promoted the idea that the Zodiac presented the gospel. (I am not making this up!).

on the alter of choice

(Warning- The link given provides some very graphic images. This is not for the faint hearted or those who get sick easily!).
Awhile back, Chuck Colson (the leader of Prison Fellowship ) advised Christians on his "Breakpoint" radio program to approach the abortion issue with more tact. He was not too pleased that some Christians had decided to print full size, colored posters of aborted babies out for clear public display. In one sense, I can appreciate why he would say that. Just go to the link that I give:
http://images.google.com/images?gbv=2&ndsp=20&hl=en&q=+site:amightywind.com+abortion
(Keep in mind that this 'tissue growth' that gets aborted has a totally different DNA than that of the host mother. Compare that with the DNA of a cancer growth which is extracted from a mother, in which case the DNA is identical to that of the host.).
However, when it comes to matter of life and death, tact is not a high priority. I am not one for blood and guts, but it is time to quit 'soft selling' this issue as a mere 'choice' and to start portraying it as it really is: A grizzly, painful, mutilation and murder of an innocent child.

politics and insanity

Let see if I got this right: The choices for the last election was either McCain (a globalist), or Obama (a globalist)? (In the previous election there was the choice between Bush the globalist and Kerry the globalist. Both men are members of the secret order "Skull and Bones" by the way. "Skull and Bones" is occultic in its philosophy and globalist in it's goals. ) McCain wanted to stay in Iraq and finish the job. Meanwhile Obama said no let's pull them out! Obama is pulling them out and putting them Afghanistan and Pakistan! Meanwhile back at the 'ranch' Christians fussed and complained about the lack of a good leader! Mr. Dobson who said that "He would never vote for McCain" decided to vote for McCain after the insertion of Sarah Palin. Suddenly it was OK to vote for McCain! (Rumor has it that Dobson was instrumental in insertion of Palin into the Presidential campaign.). Forget the fact that Palin would have little power if McCain won! Meanwhile the Christian community as a whole ignored two good men who would of made excellent choices for President: Alan Keyes (a black man), and Chuck Baldwin. Both are men of Christian faith; both would of brought intelligence and good experience with them.
Many Christians are so hung up on "Republicanism" that it isn't funny! The cause for that maybe due to a sentimental attachment to Reagan. Folks go to the Republican Parties home page and you will find a Party that promotes business, many times on a global scale. And anytime you have a leader of any party promoting globalism you will have American interest being shoved aside. I dare you to look for anything that promotes Christian values on the Republican Home page! Have Republicans curbed spending, or enacted any pro-life legislation? Washington, (a true Conservative), warned against foreign entanglements, and yet America is so involved around the world that we are literally going broke over it. (Our deficit is at least 10 trillion and growing even as I finish this sentence!).
Let me offer some sugestions rather than go on: If you are a person of a strong Biblical faith, ditch the Republican Party! Why? You are being used by them and they really do not represent what you value! If everyone left the Republican Party en masse and joined the Constitutional Party (which truely represents Christian values), then they would a be force to be rekoned with. That won't happen if people like Dobson keep acting naive and making flippant choices that result in millions of others following him without critically examining where it all leads. In facts if things keep going on their present course, I see Christians, and then other Americans loosing their voice in politics, and then their freedoms. (Don't ever think dear reader that tyranny will only supress just one group. History has taught otherwise all the time.). If you are not a Christian as you are reading this; here is how I perceive the future: We are already sliding into socialism. From there we go into regionalism (look to see if they introduce the "Amero" currency 2010). From regionalism we will go into full-scale globalism. That would mean extra laws, extra taxes, and fewer freedoms for you and I! Would you want to carry such a load?

true story

I work in a school system and what happened recently should be a wake up call. I mention it not so anyone can feel superior by degrading someone else but to give you insight as to how things are really like in America: In a recent science class in a local high school the Teacher was recording the temperatures of 2 types of water to see which water was denser. After a couple of minutes she called one of girls in the class to read the thermometer. The girl responded by saying that she knew nothing about reading a thermometer. (I guess she wouldn't do well reading a speedometer in a car either?). Such unwillingness to learn is incredible to say the least!

quandry

I have wanted to write this for awhile. However it is not easy; not because the subject is unpleasant, but because it is supernatural. You see the problem is when you are finite being and you want to talk about your relationship with God ,who is infinite, then you have limitations. You have limitations of understanding as to what God is like. I was even thinking of starting this blog by quoting from a old hymn: "He lives; He lives! He walks with me and talks with me along life's narrow way.".

Those 2 lines right there say something very important about God- they He is personal and wants a relationship with His creation. He is not a prude or a cosmic kill-joy. You see this blog was and is suppose to convey the idea that knowing the God of the Bible is a joy! By the way, joy means a constant delight in it's object. This joy cannot be obtained via soaking prayer, centering prayer, or other mystical practices. All the mystical practices will do is empty your mind and open you up to demon influence. (By the way, mystical practices can subject you to the Kuhndilini effect of hot flashes, convulsions,"electric flashes", and other aberrant behaviors and effects.).

You know I might continue this later, for the sake of quality. I did wnat to close with the idea of God is great, and you can know Him best through Jesus Christ as He is portrayed in the New Testament.

reminder

"Come to me all of you that are heavy laden and I will give you entertainment." (Think Mega Churches). "You are the sugar of the earth! Let the world see you sweetness that they may glorify you. Keep sweet!" (Mormon woman are actually commanded to act sweet to the outside world.).
What I did here was take a couple of familiar Bible verses and twisted them as the world has been twisting them in the hopes of illustrating just how exactly the world lives out its ideas of 'christianity'. (which are more or less distortions and counterfeits).
One thing I would like to close with is a thought for you to ponder: The more something is counterfeited that greater the value of the original. Christianity is one of the most copied, counterfeited, distorted, put-down, mocked, supressed, maimed ideology in existence. I challenge you dear reader to investigate what all the fuss is about!

practice what you preach

To those that say there are too many people on the Earth and that all these people are consumning vital resources that deplete the planet. To those educated folks that want to reduce the population via birth control or abortion, (child killing), mercy killing, "eldercide", ect; to such people I give this simple tongue-in-cheeck reply: "You first!" Such hypocracy is so cruel, so crass, so selfish! Having people fork what is so precious (a life) without any equal sacrafice on their part is inmoral and it angers God. Need I say more??

yoga is dangerous

Here is a link to a yoga article that everyone should read:

www.ankerberg.org/Articles/new-age/NA1101W1.htm

It graphically illustrates that yoga is dangerous on many levels: spiritual, psychological, and physical. After you read that article, read this Bible passage from II Corinthians 6:14-18:

"Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? Or what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what has a believer with an unbeliever? Or what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will dwell in them. And walk among them. I will be their God. And they shall be My people."

Therefore "Come out from among them, and be separate says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you."

"I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.".

(Please note that yoga literally means "to be yoked"; usually to Brahman or a spirit being. ). For those of you who object and say, 'You have got it all wrong! I see white light when I do yoga! There is no darkness at all when I do yoga!' . Then I have news for you: Satan, the devil , often shows himself as an angel of light, (II Corinthians 11:14). In fact the devils name 'Lucifer' literally means 'light bearer'. I strong suggest you get away from out-dated ideas of a being wearing red tights and carrying a pitchfork. If you'll forgive my liberty, the devil wears an Armani suit. Yoga is bondage folks! The benefits that yoga may confer are very short term at best. Yoga will not bring you closer to God; quite the contrary!

visualization

About 10 years ago I was told that visualization was "unhealthy" and "unbiblical". Being simple in my logic that I am or was, well I could not find a single verse in the Bible that said 'thou shall not visualize'; so I started to ask around. I had asked some friends, and they shared with the Bible verse that warned against using 'enchantments'. It wasn't enough though. I also contacted the Christian Research Institute to ask them about visualization. There response was interesting, and frustrating-they sent me a lengthy paper that read more like a college thesis but did not really serve my purpose at all. C.R.I could not give me one clear-cut Bible verse that said that visualization was wrong. It seemed that the Christian Research Institute was more interested in impressing me with their rhetoric than answering my question. (Let this serve as a lesson to all that read this: It is better to answer questions directly rather than waste every one's time looking good.). For 10 years (yes that's right, 10 whole years) no one succeeded in showing me from the Bible that visualization was wrong. (Many Christians practice visualization that their number has only increased!). Well the good news is that God does answer such questions, even when men and women may fail. Sometimes it is just a matter of really, and I mean really studying the Bible.
Here is what the Bible says about visualization: "Little children, keep yourself from idols". IJohn 5:21 (The Greek word for Idols in this verse is were we get the word 'icon' or image. The Christian is absolutely prohibited from having any images preoccupy his life, and visualization is completely depended on images. ). There is more folks, don't go away!
Visualization also depends on the imagination, but imagination is subjected to wickedness all the time, (see Genesis 8:21). Check this out-"The heart is deceitful above all things, who can know it?". Jeremiah 17:9. (How can visualization be a good thing if our heart is constantly deceiving us?). Visualization is wrong in the fact that it is man trying to control an environment that can be beyond his control (at least in some aspects). Also shapes God in mans image, which is blasphemy of the most subtle kind. Also there is practical reasons why you should not visualize-people have lost control and have gone nuts! (I am in the process of getting documentation that shows the negative effects of yoga, visualization, meditation, and other occult practices. Trust me that practices start out pleasant, but end up being dangerous to your body and soul! This is no exaggeration!).
Folks don't paint pictures of God in your mind that limits the All-Mighty. Don't try to manipulate your world through visualization either, for that will only cause you stress and then you like many others will retreat from reality which many yoga people do.
