can this happen?

I recently listened to a fellow who made some interesting predictions- One was that McCain would be elected President. Another was that the price of oil/gas would go down significantly. (That 'prediction' would happen later according to the source.). At this point, I am not naming names for various reasons. I will just be posting this to see if this comes true; because if these predictions do come true than I am going to blab like crazy!
